Fault Management

Fault Reduction by:

  1. Multiple fault / tamper detection regimes are built into the system.

  2. Preference for automatically assembled and tested modular components over manual assembly.

  3. The computer hardware platform is manufactured by an internationally known company, selected from one of their most popular product lines.

  4. Proven hardware and software design.

  5. Simulation prior to dispatch.

  6. Inbuilt maintenance prompts.

  7. Applying good electrical design principles in the build and installation of the system.

Fault Handling:

In operation the system continually monitors itself with multiple self-diagnostic systems that check 99% of the control equipment, circuitry and third party equipment. Our system immediately warns the clients personnel of any new fault or change of status that may jeopardise the system integrity via text messaging, wireless Android, iPad tablets and conventional HMI ( Human Machine Interface ) stations. Should a failure occur during operations the system automatically navigates around the failure by using alternative system resources or by adopting a different strategy

Fault Correction:

Detailed fault and circuitry information is available at the HMI touch screen stations. Technical assistance is available 24 hours a day from our support line.
